Müzik öğretmeni adaylarının bireysel çalgı derslerine yönelik tükenmişlik düzeylerinin incelenmesinin amaçlandığı bu çalışma, Karadeniz Bölgesindeki Trabzon Üniversitesi, Samsun 19 Mayıs Üniversitesi ve Giresun Üniversitesi’nin Eğitim Fakültelerinde 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında öğrenimini sürdüren 187 müzik öğretmeni adayı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma, betimsel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama (survey) modeli ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmadaki veriler, “Bireysel Çalgı Tükenmişlik Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler sosyal bilimlerde kullanılan bir istatistik programı kullanılarak betimsel analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda müzik öğretmeni adaylarının çoğunluğunu kız öğrenciler oluştururken araştırmada mezun olunan lise, cinsiyet, ek bir işte çalışma, aylık harçlık miktarı, bireysel çalgı, barınma, akademik not ortalaması, haftalık ders saati değişkenlerine göre bireysel çalgı dersi tükenmişlik durumu arasında anlamlı farklılık olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ancak bireysel çalgı dersi tükenmişliklerinin sınıf değişkeni açısından grup ortalamaları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda araştırmada kullanılan ölçeğin daha farklı çalışmalarda da kullanılması ve bu araştırma sonuçları ile karşılaştırılması, benzer araştırmaların ilerleyen yıllarda, daha çeşitli açılardan veya daha detaylı ölçeklerle farklı üniversitelerde veya Türkiye genelinde uygulanabileceği gibi önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Study of the exhaust levels for the individual play course of music teachers candidates: example of the Black Sea region

Abstract:

This study, which aims to study the exhaust levels for individual play courses of music teachers candidates, was conducted with 187 music teachers candidates who continued their studies in the educational year 2017-2018 at the University of Trabzon in the Black Sea Region, the University of Samsun on 19 May and the Faculty of Education of the University of Giresun. The research was conducted by a survey (survey) model from the visual research methods. The data in the study was collected with the "Individual Scale of Disappearance". The data obtained from the research was analyzed using the visual analysis method using a statistical program used in social sciences. The study found that the majority of music teacher candidates were girls students while the study found that there was no significant difference between high school graduates, gender, work in an additional job, monthly pay, individual play, accommodation, academic score average, weekly lesson hours variations, individual play lesson exhaust status. However, the individual play lesson has come to the conclusion that the extinctions of the class variable are a significant difference between the group average. The research results suggest that the scale used in the research is also used in more different studies and compared with the results of this research, similar research can be implemented in the years ahead, in more different perspectives or in more detailed scales in different universities or throughout Turkey.

Music Teacher Candidates’ Investigation Of Burnout Levels For Individual Instrument Course: Blacksea Region Example

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to investigate the burnout levels of music teacher candidates for individual instrument classes. The study was carried out in the educational faculties of Trabzon University, Samsun 19 Mayıs University and Giresun University. The research was carried out with a survey model of descriptive research methods. The data in the study were collected with an “Individual Instrument Burnout  Scale”. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis method using Statistical Package for Social Sciences program. As a result of the study, while the majority of female music teachers were female students, it was concluded that there was no significant difference between high school, gender, additional work, monthly allowance amount, individual instrument, shelter, academic grade point average, weekly course hours and individual instrument lesson burnout status. However, it was concluded that there was a significant difference between the group means of the individual instrument lesson burnout class variables. The use in more different scale of operation used in the research of the study and comparison with the results of this research, in the later years of similar research, with more variety of angles or more detailed scale in different universities in Turkey or suggestions were made can be applied in general.
