So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

The “ Journal de Salonique ”, a French speaking and France loving newspaper, welcomes the revolution of the Young Turks on Thessaloniki with great enthusiasm. Faithful to the ideals of the French Revolution, it provided strong support to the Young Turks in which it places its hopes for a new Ottoman Empire. Saadi and Samuel Levy have given us a newspaper rich in information regarding the life of Thessaloniki and political novelty. It was opposed to the Zionists,maintaining the notion that Thessaloniki is the best place on earth for a Jew. So, the newspaper invited Jewish organizations to invest in tchifliks in Macedonia, in order to establish there the Jews who were expelled from eastern Europe by the pogroms.
