Abstract:

In this article, it is intended to study the development of the atheist institution implemented in the last periods of the Ottoman State. In the study that emphasizes the aspects of the application, such as functioning, modernization and intelligence, the activities of the atheists in various diplomatic representations have been discussed. It has also been studied the situation of the atheist institution covering a period of about fifty years with Bahriye Nezareti and sefareti. Ataşenaval is a military officer in the maritime field of the embassy. The Ottoman State, in the course of the process, has also appointed the members of the world’s most important marine states, including the UK. At the Ottoman ships, the Atashenavals, who fulfilled their duty of diplomatic representation in the corporate sense, in general, have fulfilled the tasks such as carrying out marine intelligence activities in accordance with the purchase of weapons, ships and various vehicles. In addition, this application also aims to gain training and experience for the staff.
