Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2004 sayılı İcra ve İflas Kanunu ile 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu hükümleri gereğince iflasın ertelenmesinin şartlarından biri olan borca batıklığın tespiti ile ilgili olarak “borca batıklık bilançosunun” oluşturulması ve muhasebe bilirkişinin dikkat etmesi gereken özellikli durumların neler olduğunun tespit edilmesidir. Çalışmada iflasın ertelenmesi müessesinin hukuki boyutu hakkında kısaca bilgi verildikten sonra, muhasebe bilirkişisi tarafından borca batıklık bilançosunun oluşturulması sırasında Tek Düzen Hesap Planında yer alan hesap kalemleri itibari ile yapılması gereken değerlendirmelerin neler olduğu açıklanmış ve iflasın ertelenmesi talebinde bulunan bir Anonim Şirketin borca batıklık bilançosu oluşturulmuştur.
