Introduction and Purpose: Purpose: Studies on infection pathogenesis have focused on "inflammation theory" especially recently. In this study, in order to explore the role of acute inflammation, as a risk factor and prognostic factor in ischemic injury patients, we studied the relationship of the quantity of C reactive protein (CRP) from acute phase reactors, fibrinogens and leukocytes with other injury risk factors and the time change as a prognostic factor. Method and Requirements: Method and Measures: The study was monitored with the diagnosis of acute infection by 22 women, 50 patients, including 28 men, and 30 patients included in the control group. Serum CRP, fibrinogen and leukocyte values were studied in the first 3 days and 7 days. Results: Results: The CRP level studied on the 7th day was significantly different from the control group (p=0.045). On the seventh day, a significant decline in fibrinogenic levels was observed in the patient group according to the control group (p=0.040). The number of leukocytes in the first and seventh days was found to be higher than the control group, at the same level of significance (p=0,000,0,000). In the combined sampling; 1st and 7th day CRP, fibrinogenic and leukocytes levels were seen, the level of CRP, 7th day observed a remarkable increase. The first day with Rankin scores, the first day with CRP (p=0,025) and the amount of leukocytes (p=0,010); the 7th day with Rankin scores, the 1st day with CRP (p=0,026), the 7th day with CRP (p=0,025), the 1st day with fibrinogen (p=0,048), the 1st day with leukocytes (p=0,015); Day NIHSS scores and day 1 CRP levels (p=0,022) showed a significant positive correlation. Detection of the presence of immunopathogenesis in infection patients; it is important in both clinical practice, as a prognostic indicator, in terms of ensuring the use of acute phase reactors, and in terms of leading the protective and curative therapy methods that can be developed in the future.
