Abstract:

ÖZET Amaç: COVID-19 izolasyon sürecinde üreme çağındaki kadınların ilişki doyumu ve çift uyumunun cinsel sıkıntıya (CS) etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma tanımlayıcı tipte dizayn edilmiştir. Veriler, 1 Nisan- 20 Temmuz 2021 tarihleri arasında kişisel bilgi formu, İlişki Doyum Ölçeği (İDÖ), Yenilenmiş Çift Uyum Ölçeği (YÇUÖ) ve Kadın CS Ölçeği (KCSÖ) kullanılarak 324 kadından çevrimiçi olarak toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan 234 kadından 117’si (%36,1), CS için kesme noktasının (KCSÖ ≥ 11,5) üstünde puan almıştır. COVID-19 izolasyon sürecinde, cinsel yaşamından memnun olmama durumu (OR=0,206), izolasyon sürecinde cinsel istek yoğunluğunda azalma durumu (OR=0,505), İDÖ (OR=0,112) ve YÇUÖ (OR=1,052) ölçek puanı düşük olan kadınların %34 oranında (χ2 = 95,038, p < 0,001) CS'ları için önemli risk faktörleri olarak belirlenmiştir. Material and Methods: This is a descriptive study. Data were collected online from 324 women between April 1 and July 20, 2021 using a personal information form, the Relationship Satisfaction Scale (RSS), the Revised Dyadic Adjustment Scale (RDAS), and the Female Sexual Distress Scale (FSDS). Results: Of the 234 women, 117 (36.1%) scored above the cut-off point for sexual distress (FSDS ≥ 11.5). During the COVID-19 isolation period, those not being satisfied with sexual life (OR=0.206), decreased sexual desire intensity during the isolation period (OR=0.505), and receiving lower RSS (OR=0.112) or RDAS scores (OR=1.052) were found to be important risk factors for sexual distress at 34% (χ2 = 95.038, p< 0.001). During the isolation period, it was determined that women with a decrease in income, a decrease in the frequency of sexual intercourse (once a month), and women with sexual avoidance had more sexual distress (p< 0.05). Conclusion: It was found that women's dissatisfaction with their sexual life, decrease in the intensity of their sexual desire, and low relationship satisfaction and dyadic adjustment were important determinants of sexual distress. Abstract:

COVID-19 is intended to determine the impact of sexual disorder (CS) of sexual satisfaction and double harmony in women in reproductive age. Tools and Methods: The research is designed in the identifying type. The data was collected online from 324 women using the personal information form, the Relationship Doyum Scale (IDO), the Updated Double Compatibility Scale (YCU) and the Women's CS Scale (KCSÖ) from 1 April to 20 July 2021. Results: 117 of the 234 women involved in the study (36.1%), were ranked above the cutting point for CS (CSC ≥ 11,5). COVID-19 is determined as significant risk factors for women with a low scale score of sexual desire (OR=0,206), a reduction in sexual desire intensity (OR=0,505), ADHD (OR=0,112) and ADHD (OR=1,052) in 34% (χ2 = 95,038, p < 0,001) CSs. During the isolation process, women with a decrease in income, a decrease in sexual intercourse frequency (and a month) and a sexual avoidance behavior were found to experience more CS (p< 0,05). The result: In the COVID-19 isolation process, it has been found that women are not satisfied with their sexual life, having a decrease in sexual desire intensity, having a low relationship satisfaction and double harmony are important determinants for CS living conditions.
