Abstract:

In the presentation of this fact, eight samples of fish collected from a commercial cloudy alabali farm that was infected in the Black Sea Region were studied. The disease factor was identified and the antibiotic sensitivity profile of the factor was studied. It was observed at 21 °C water temperature and in August 2014. The infection caused a 70-75% mortality within a month period. The bacteriological trials resulted in the insulation of the liver, waves and kidneys of 4 fish in Tryptic Soy Agar, McConkey Agar and Shotts-Waltman Agar. The identification of the shells and the confirmation of the culture by means of molecular methods. The study found that the phenotypical properties of the insulates were compatible with each other. All of the suges were found resistant to florphenol, erythromycin, oxythrasiclin, amoxicillin and ampicillin, trimetoprim, sulfametoxazole/trimetoprim and oxolic acid. Sensitivity to enrofloxacin, sephoperazone, kanamisine, neomycin, and gentamisine was determined in variable rates, while multiple antibiotic resistance was detected in all the acids.
