Sosyal Değişim Sürecinde Örgütsel Güven ve Örgüte Duygusal Bağlılık: Bir Kamu Üniversitesinde Araştırma

Karşı konulamaz bir olgu olan değişim sosyal alanda da söz konusudur. Sosyal değişme, bir sosyal yapıdan başka bir sosyal yapıya geçişi ifade eder. Yani sosyal değişim bir toplumun yapısındaki önemli bir değişikliktir. Sosyal değişme bir toplumun yapısında, kurumlarında veya kurumların birbirleriyle olan ilişkilerinde meydana gelir. Söz konusu bu değişim hayatın pek çok alanında ortaya çıkar. Siyasi, ekonomik ve kültürel alanlar bunlardan bazılarıdır. Sosyal değişim süreklilik arz eder. Örgütler sosyal yapının birer unsurudur. Bu sebeple örgütlerde değişimden etkilenir ve değişimi etkilerler. Güven unsuru ise sosyal değişim kapsamında en önemli unsurlardan bir tanesidir. Hatta güven sosyal değişimin temelini oluşturur. Örgütsel güven bireyden çok örgüte odaklı bir konudur. Örgütsel güven örgütte hem dikey hem de yatay ilişkilerin temelini oluşturur. Güven örgütlerde başarıyı etkileyen önemli faktördür. Örgütlerde güven başarıyı artırır. Örgütsel başarıyı artıran diğer bir faktör ise örgütsel bağlılıktır. Örgütsel bağlılık çalışanın örgütün amaçlarını benimseyerek örgüt üyesi olarak kalmaya devam etmek istemesidir. Örgütsel güven ve bağlılık birbirlerini karşılıklı olarak etkilemektedir. Örgütsel güvenin sonucunda çalışanlar örgüte daha güçlü bağlanırlar. Çünkü güven duygusunun yüksek olduğu bir örgütte çalışanlar birbirleriyle ve üstleriyle daha sağlıklı ilişkiler kurarlar. Bu da onların örgüte olan bağlılığını artırır.Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir kamu üniversitesindeki akademik ve idari personelinin örgütsel güven ve örgütsel bağlılık tutumlarını belirlemektir. Çalışmada sosyal değişim, örgütsel güven ve örgütsel bağlılık konularına değinilmiştir. Yüz yüze anket uygulaması ile toplam 333 kişinin katılımı sağlanarak ulaşılan veriler SPSS 20 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Anket formu üç kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci kısım katılımcıların demografik özellikleri ile ilgili sorulardan oluşmaktadır. İkinci kısımda katılımcıların örgütsel güvene yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek için örgütsel güven envanteri ölçeği ve bireylerarası güven ölçeğinden faydalanılmıştır. Üçüncü kısımda katılımcıların örgütsel duygusal bağlılık tutumlarını belirlemek için örgütsel bağlılık ölçeğinin, duygusal bağlılık bileşeni ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların örgütsel güven ve bağlılık tutumları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada örgütsel güven ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında iki yönlü pozitif bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir

This is an unprecedented change in the social field. Social change means the transition from a social structure to another social structure. So social change is a significant change in the structure of a society. Social change occurs in the structure of a society, in the institutions or in the relations of institutions with each other. This change occurs in many areas of life. Political, economic and cultural areas are some of them. Social change is continuous. Organizations are an element of the social structure. This is why they are influenced by the change in organizations and they affect the change. Confidence is one of the most important elements of social change. Trust is the foundation of social change. Organizational confidence is a matter more organizational than individual. Organizational trust forms the foundation of both vertical and horizontal relationships in the organization. Trust is an important factor that affects success in organizations. Trust in organizations increases success. Another factor that increases organizational success is organizational commitment. The organization’s commitment is that the employee wants to continue to be a member of the organization by adopting the objectives of the organization. Confidence and commitment affects each other. As a result of organizational confidence, the workers are stronger connected to the organization. Because in an organization with a high sense of confidence, employees build healthier relationships with each other and with each other. This also increases their commitment to the organization. The aim of this study is to determine the organizational confidence and commitment attitudes of academic and administrative staff at a public university. The study focused on social change, organizational confidence and organizational commitment. The data obtained by the face-to-face survey application provided the participation of a total of 333 people were analyzed with the SPSS 20 program. The survey form consists of three parts. The first part consists of questions about the demographic characteristics of the participants. In the second part, the scale of organizational confidence and the scale of interindividual confidence were used to determine the participants’ attitudes towards organizational confidence. In the third part, the scale of the organizational commitment, the component of the emotional commitment, was used to determine the organizational emotional commitment attitudes of participants. The organizational confidence and commitment of the participants have been identified. The study found a two-way positive relationship between organizational confidence and organizational commitment.

For this reason, organizations are affected by change and affect change. Trust is one of the most important elements of social change. Trust is even the basis of social change. Organizational trust is an organization-oriented issue rather than an individual. Organizational trust forms the basis of both vertical and horizontal relations in the organization. Trust is an important factor affecting success in organizations. Confidence in organizations increases success. Another factor that increases organizational success is emotional commitment to the organization. Emotional commitment to the organization is the employee's desire to remain a member of the organization by adopting the objectives of the organization. Organizational trust and emotional commitment affect each other mutually. As a result of organizational trust, employees are more strongly attached to the organization. Because employees in an organization with a high sense of trust establish healthy relationships with each other and with their superiors. This increases their emotional commitment to the organization. The aim of this study is to determine the organizational trust and emotional commitment of academic and administrative staff in a public university.Social change, organizational trust and emotional commitment to the organization were discussed in the study. A total of 333 staffs were participated by face-to-face questionnaire and the data obtained were analyzed by SPSS 20 program. The questionnaire consists of three parts. The first part consists of questions about the demographic characteristics of the participants. In the second part, organizational trust inventory scale and interpersonal confidence scale were used to determine participants' attitudes towards organizational trust.In the third part, the emotional commitment component of the organizational commitment scale was used to determine the participants' attitudes towards emotional commitment to the organization.Organizational trust and emotional commitment of participants were determined.In the research, a positive relationship between organizational trust and emotional commitment to the organization was determined
