LİDERLİK TÜRLERİ VE ÜRETİM KARŞITI DAVRANIŞLAR ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİLERİ ELE ALAN LİSANSÜSTÜ TEZLERİN İNCELENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ÇALIŞMA

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı üretim karşıtı davranışlar ile liderlik türleri ya da yönetsel yaklaşım tarzları arasındaki ilişkileri ele alan ve Türkiye’de tamamlanan lisansüstü çalışmaları incelemek ve değerlendirmektir. Bu amaca bağlı olarak YÖK tez arama veri tabanına kayıtlı olan yüksek lisans ve doktora tezlerine ulaşılmıştır. Tez tarama sürecinde “üretim karşıtı” ve “üretkenlik karşıtı” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılmış; toplamda 45 tezin mevcut olduğu ve bu tezlerden sadece 9 tanesinin çalışmanın amacına uygun olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu tezler 2017 ile 2020 yılları arasında tamamlanmış olup 4 tanesi doktora, 5 tanesi ise yüksek lisans tezidir. Tezlerde temel olarak liderlik türlerine dair genel algı dışında etik liderlik, dönüşümcü liderlik, yıkıcı liderlik gibi tarzlar ele alınmışken, istismarcı yönetim, lider-üye değişimi ve lider desteği gibi değişkenler de yer almıştır. Sonuçlara göre olumlu liderlik türleri ya da olumlu yönetsel yaklaşımlar, üretim karşıtı davranışlar üzerinde azaltıcı etki gösterişken, olumsuz liderlik türleri ve yaklaşımlar ise arttırıcı etkilere yol açmıştır.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study and evaluate the postgraduate studies completed in Turkey that address the relations between anti-production behaviors and leadership types or management approach styles. Depending on this purpose, the YÖK thesis has been achieved to the master's and doctor's theses that are registered in the search database. The thesis scan process used the keywords "anti-production" and "anti-production"; a total of 45 theses were found available, and only 9 of these theses were found to be in accordance with the purpose of the study. These theses have been completed between 2017 and 2020 and 4 of them are PhD and 5 are Master theses. The thesis, in addition to the general perception of the types of leadership, mainly addressed ethical leadership, transformative leadership, devastating leadership, and variables such as exploitant management, lead-member exchange and lead support. The results show that positive types of leadership or positive management approaches have reducing effects on counterproductive behaviors, while negative types of leadership and approaches have resulted in increasing effects.

The aim of this study is to evaluate and discuss the master's and doctoral dissertations completed in Turkey that examined the relationship between counterproductive work behaviors and leadership styles or managerial approaches. Based on this aim, master's and doctoral dissertations registered in the YOK thesis search database have been reached. In this process, the keyword "counterproductive work behavior" was used, it has been determined that there are 45 dissertations in total and only 9 of these dissertations represent the aim of the current study. In these dissertations, leadership styles such as ethical leadership, transformational leadership, and destructive leadership were mainly addressed in addition to the general perception of leadership styles, while variables such as abusive supervision, leader-member exchange, and leader support were also included. According to the results, positive leadership styles or positive managerial approaches had a decreasing effect on counterproductive work behaviors, while negative leadership styles and approaches had increasing effects.
