Abstract:

Bu çalışmada üniversitede bulunan öğrencilerin muhasebe dersine ilişkin başarılarını etkileyen faktörlerin tespit edilip elde edilen sonuç doğrultusunda bu faktörlerle ilgili çalışmalar yapılarak bireyin akademik eğitim kalitesinin arttırılması amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan bu araştırmanın ana kütlesi için Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi İktisadi ve idari Bilimler Fakültesi İşletme Bölümü'nde okuyan Genel Muhasebe-1 dersini almış, birinci sınıf (İkinci Öğretim) öğrencileri ve aynı dersten tekrara kalan (İkinci Öğretim) öğrenciler başarı düzeylerinden dolayı seçilmiştir. Doldurulması istenilen 63 sorudan oluşan toplam 180 anketin tamamı öğrenciler tarafından cevaplanmış olup çalışmada bu anketlerden elde edilen veri setinden yararlanılmıştır. Sorular, öğrencilerin sosyo-demografik özellikleri, alınmış olan Genel Muhasebe-1 dersiyle ilgili mevcut durum ve düşünceler ile muhasebe dersinde başarıyı etkileyebileceği düşünülen faktörlerden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada muhasebe eğitimi ile ilgili genel bilgiler verilmiş ve başarı düzeyinde etkili olan 16 açıklayıcı değişkenin varlığı tespit edilmiştir. Anketlere verilen cevaplar SPSS paket programından yararlanılarak değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract:

In this study, the study aimed at improving the quality of academic education of the individual by conducting studies related to these factors in accordance with the results of the factors that influence the achievements of the students in the university in relation to the accounting course. For the main mass of this research done, Kahramanmaraş Sütçü Imam University School of Economics and Administrative Sciences has received the General Accounting-1 course, first-class (secondary education) students and repeated (secondary education) students from the same course have been selected because of their level of success. The total of 180 surveys consisting of 63 questions requested to be filled were answered by students and the study took advantage of the data set obtained from these surveys. Questions consist of the socio-demographic characteristics of students, the current situation and thoughts about the General Accounting-1 course taken, and the factors that are believed to affect the success of the accounting course. In the study, general information on accounting training was given and the existence of 16 explanatory variables that were effective at the level of success was identified. Answers to the surveys were evaluated using the SPSS package program.
