Abstract:

Hussein Rahmi Gürpınar is one of the top names in the Roman and Story style of Turkish literature. He has successfully introduced himself with his stories, novels, games and works in many fields. The purpose of this study is to identify the shortening groups in the named story and to provide information about the language and process of that period. In the first part of the study, the subject was introduced. Basic information on the subject was provided. The second section is the method section, which describes which method is applied when the examination is carried out. It also provides brief information on research problems, universe and sampling, data collection tools and data analysis techniques. In the third section there are findings and comments. The shortening groups are identified. Here the words from the shortening groups are indicated with a separate font and are also included in the pages and lines numbers. According to the study, the story has been widely used by short groups. However, in addition to the language that the writer uses in his work is simple and understandable, the conclusion has been achieved that the writer places some places in public speeches and old words.
