Abstract:

The concept of legal social service has become a term that has been frequently used in recent times. Judicial social service is a concept that includes the practices of social services related to legal matters and cases including both criminal and civil laws, divorce, divorce, neglect, the termination of parental rights and the issues of child protection, child and partner abuse, child and adult justice services, social assistance rights. At this point, judicial social service is defined as the intersection of social service practices and the legal system. Social services specialists, due to the complexity and diversity of judicial cases, are experiencing a number of doubts and contradictions and are unable to determine the way of movement. The social service profession, as a discipline, works in accordance with certain rules, principles, standards, professional standards, scientific sub-structure and ethical values. Therefore, social service and law are professions based on ethical standards that determine their own ethical rules. At this point, the social service professionals are responsible for behaving sensitive to the ethical principles of the social service profession. by A.B.D. With the ethical rules published by the National Judicial Social Services Specialists' Organization (1987) it revealed the doublings that the Judicial Social Services Specialist encounters in the practice. Thus, every legal social service specialist will encourage goodness, minimize potential damages, and encourage the equal quality of legal social service for everyone. The objective of this study is to address the ethical issue in judicial social service and to summarize the ethical responsibilities of the judicial social service specialist to the United States National Judicial Social Service Organization to colleagues and employers, contractors and society in accordance with the ethical rules.
