So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Rekabetin çok yoğun olduğu ve tüketici memnuniyetinin ilk sırada yer aldığı günümüz pazarında var olmak, oldukça zor bir hal almıştır. Bu duruma bir de olası bir kriz tehdidi eklenince, birçok işletme kriz yönetimi konusunda başarısızlığa uğrayarak yok olmuştur. İşletmeler açısından bu derece önem arz eden krizi önlemenin en başarılı yolu, kriz henüz ortaya çıkmadan önlemler almaktır. Bu yüzden başarılı işletmelerin her daim kriz yönetimi için senaryoları vardır. Kriz, beklenmedik bir şekilde ortaya çıkan ve kısıtlı zaman diliminde hareket etmeyi gerektireni, ayrıca işletmeden bağımsız birçok etmene bağlı olarak gerçekleşebilir. Önemli olan başarılı bir kriz yönetimi gerçekleştirerek, krizden asgari hasarla kurtulmaktır. Bu bağlamda kaleme alınan bu çalışmada kriz ve kriz yönetimi teorik olarak incelenecektir. Teorik bilgiler ışığında örnek vaka olarak Domino’s Krizi ele alınarak, krizin yönetim şekli tüm detaylarıyla analiz edilecektir.
