Abstract:

Bu çalışmada performans yönetimi sisteminin çalışanların örgütsel bağlılıkları üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışanların performans yönetim sistemine ilişkin tutumları ile örgütsel bağlılığa ilişkin tutumları ve örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi çalışanları üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket kullanarak elde edilen veriler aracılığıyla performans yönetim sistemine ilişkin çalışan tutumlarının örgüte bağlılıkları üzerinde etkisi bulunup bulunmadığı incelenmiştir. Çalışmada regresyon analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir ve performans yönetiminin örgütsel bağlılık, duygusal bağlılık ve normatif bağlılık üzerinde etkisi bulunmadığı, ancak devam bağlılığı üzerinde bir etkisi olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract:

This study examined the impact of the performance management system on the organizational liabilities of employees. In this context, employees’ attitudes towards the performance management system and their attitudes towards organizational commitment and organizational commitment levels have been studied. The research was carried out on the University of Bahçeşehir staff. Through the data obtained by the survey, it has been studied whether the employee’s attitudes regarding the performance management system have an impact on their commitments in the organization. The study conducted a regression analysis and found that performance management had no effect on organizational commitment, emotional commitment and normative commitment, but had no effect on continued commitment.
