Konaklama İşletmelerinde İnteraktif Sosyal Medya Kullanımına Yönelik Çalışma

İnternetin ve sosyal medyanın günümüzde geniş kitlelerce kullanılması, turizm işletmelerinde önemli bir yere sahip olan konaklama işletmelerine internet ve sosyal medya kullanımı konusunda baskı yapmaktadır. Konaklama işletmeleri müşterileriyle iletişimlerinde internet ve sosyal medyayı kullanarak, turistlerin istek ve şikayetlerini öğrenmekte, ürün ve hizmetlerini turistlerin beklentilerine göre şekillendirmektedirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı; konaklama işletmeleri yöneticilerinin turistlerle interaktif etkileşim sonucu elde ettiği bilgiler sonucunda, pazarlama kararlarına ve markalarına ilişkin görüşlerinde farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemektir. Çalışmada frekans analizi, t testi, tek yönlü anova testi, ve faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, yöneticilerin verecekleri pazarlama kararlarında, demografik özelliklere göre farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Söz konusu farklılıklar; 12 ay çalışan konaklama işletmeleri ve sezonluk çalışan konaklama işletmeleri yöneticilerinde ve tatil köyü yöneticileri ile 3 yıldızlı otel yöneticilerinin görüşlerinde ortaya çıkmaktadır.

Abstract:

The use of the internet and social media today by large audiences is pushing residential that have an important place in tourism enterprises on the use of the internet and social media. The accommodation companies use the internet and social media in their communications with their customers, learning tourists' requests and complaints, shaping their products and services according to tourists' expectations. The aim of this study is to determine whether the management of the accommodation enterprises differs in their marketing decisions and views on their brands as a result of the information they obtain from the interactive interaction with tourists. The study was conducted by frequency analysis, t test, one-way anova test, and factor analysis. According to the results obtained from the study, in the marketing decisions that the managers will make, differences have been identified according to demographic characteristics. These differences appear in the views of 12 months working accommodation and seasonal working accommodation managers and holiday village managers and 3 star hotel managers.
