Abstract:

The aim of this study is to investigate whether managers and teachers working in public and private schools that serve the Ministry of National Education show differences in quantum leadership perception in the framework of certain variables. The sample group of the study consists of administrative managers and teachers working in public and private schools in Adana. In the study, the data was collected using a survey form consisting of demographic questions and the quantum leadership scale. The study analyzed data using Independent Examples T-Test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Analysis. The study found that managers' quantum leadership concepts did not make significant differences according to the civil state, age and school type, but significant differences according to the title, while teachers' quantum leadership concepts did not make significant differences according to gender, civil state and school type, but significant differences according to the year of life and service.
