Yüce Allah insanlara ayeti kerimede de belirtildiği üzere üç şekilde hitapta bulunmaktadır: "Allah bir insanla ancak vahiy yoluyla veya perde arkasından konuşur yahut bir elçi gönderip izniyle ona dilediğini vahyeder. O yücedir, hakîmdir." (Şura, 42/51) Bir başka ifadeyle diyebiliriz ki, ilâhî hitaba insanlar üç aşamalı bir şekilde muhatap olmuşlardır. Buna göre insanlar, tıpkı diğer varlıklar gibi ilâhî hitaba birinci dereceden muhatap olmuşlardır. Beşer olarak fıtri bir şekilde sahip oldukları hususiyetler bu kapsama girmektedir. Kâinattaki her bir varlığın sahip olduğu özellikler gibi insanların da kendi türlerine has birtakım meziyetleri vardır. Evrendeki canlı-cansız tüm varlıkların kendi türlerine ait özellikleri ilâhî hitap sonucu almaları gibi insanlar da birinci dereceden vahiy ile bu ilâhî hitaba muhatap olarak kendilerine ait özellikleri almışlardır. Bal arısı, yer, gök ve diğer varlıkların muhatap olması gibi tüm insanlar da aynı şekilde bu ilâhî hitabın doğal muhataplarıdır. Tüm insanlarda ortak fıtri özellik olan din duygusu, akıllı olma, annelik-babalık güdüsü gibi beşeri ortak özellikler birinci derece ilâhî hitabın unsurlarıdır. İlâhî hitaba ikinci dereceden muhatap olanlar ise, nübüvvet öncesi ve sonrası peygamberler, âlimler, evliyalar gibi zühd ve takva sahibi insanları sayabiliriz. Bunlar, perde arkası/ilham suretiyle ikinci dereceden bu hitaba muhatap olan kesimlerdir. İkinci dereceden ilâhî hitaba muhatap olma durumu, insanlardaki standart seviyenin üstünde bir derecede olanlara Yüce Allah'ın bir lütuf olarak ilham/perde arkasından hitapta bulunmasıdır. İlâhî hitaba üçüncü derecede muttali olan insanlar ise peygamberlerdir, bu aşama kesbi değil, vehbi'dir. İlâhî hitabın bu üçüncü aşaması hariç, hitabın diğer iki şekli tüm aktifliğiyle devam etmektedir. Bu anlamda ilâhî hitabın sona ermesi demek "ma siva" nın yok olması anlamına gelmektedir. Çünkü Allah: "O, her an yeni bir ilâhî tasarruftadır" (Rahman, 55/29) yani, yarattıkları ile sürekli bir münasebet halindedir. Bu bildiride, dile getirdiğimiz ilâhî hitabın üç aşaması değerlendirilecektir.
The Qur’an says: “Allah speaks with a man only through the revelation or behind the curtain or sends a messenger and reveals to him with his permission what he desires. He is Supreme and Judge.” (Sura, 42/51) In other words, we can say that the divine speech has been interacted in three stages. In this way, people, like other beings, have been interacted with the divine speech from the first degree. Five of them are the ones who are in this form of wrath. As each person in the universe has the characteristics of its own kinds, there are also a number of characteristics of its own kind. In the universe, as all living-free beings take the characteristics of their own species as a result of the divine speech, the people have also received the characteristics of themselves as a speech speech with this divine speech from the first degree of revelation. As the honey bees, the earth, the sky and other beings are interlocutors, all men are the natural interlocutors of this divine speech. The common characteristic of the religious feeling, the wisdom, the motherhood-baby guidance, which is common in all people, are the elements of the first degree divine speech. Those who have the second degree of interlocutor to the divine word, before and after the prophesians, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, the worshippers, and the worshippers. The state of being interlocutor to the divine speech from the second degree is that those who are above the standard level in humans are in speech from the back of the inspiration/perde as a grace of the Most High God. Thirdly, the people who are the messengers are not the messengers, but the people who are the messengers. Except for this third phase of the Divine Speech, the other two forms of the Speech continue with all activity. In this sense, the end of the divine phrase means that "ma siva" is gone. Allah says, “He is in every moment a new divine saving” (Rahman, 55/29), which means that he is in constant relationship with what He has created. In this statement, the three phases of the divine speech we will be assessed.
