Abstract:

After the establishment of the Ottoman State, they spread to a wide geography with the conquests they made in the territories of Anatolia and the Balkans. The state, which is spread in a wide geography, has formed its own unique national system. The Ottoman State, which formed a religious system based on religious principles in its establishment, distinguished the peoples living in the territory of the Ottoman State, according to their religious beliefs, as Muslims and Gay-Muslims.
