Araştırma, okul müdürlerinin sık sık görev yerlerinin değiştirilmesi (rotasyonu) konusunda öğretmenlerin neler düşündüğünün öğrenilmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma genel tarama modeliyle yapılmış olup, araştırmanın evrenini, Özel bir üniversitenin Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü, Eğitim Yönetimi anabilim dalında 2012-2016 yılları arasında tezsiz yüksek lisans yapan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı çeşitli okullarda görevli 305’i erkek ve 99’u kadın olmak üzere 404 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Evrenin tamamına ulaşıldığı için ayrıca örneklem alınmamıştır. Görüşlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla araştırmacılar tarafından bu araştırma için beşli likert tipiyle geliştirilen ve Cronbach's Alpha katsayısı 0,7796 olarak hesaplanan “Okul Yöneticilerinde Yer Değişikliği (Rotasyon) Uygulaması” anketi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler tablolar yardımıyla istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiş, değerlendirme sonuçları tablolar yardımıyla açıklanmıştır. Öğretmenler, rotasyon uygulamalarına genel olarak olumlu "Okul Yöneticilerinin Yerine Getirilmesi (rotasyon) uygulamasının" katılım düzeyindeki "birçoğunun" araştırılmasıyla ilgili göründüğünü düşünüyorlar. Araştırmada sonucunda öğretmenlerin, okul yöneticilerinin, uzun süre aynı okulda müdür olarak görev yapmalarının, onlarda yönetsel körlüğe neden olabileceğini, bu nedenle de yöneticilerin bireysel ihtiyaçları dikkate alınarak rotasyonla yerlerinin değiştirilmesi gerektiğine inandıkları görülmüştür.
The research was done to find out what teachers think about school managers’ frequently changing (rotating) jobs. The research is done with the general scan model, and the universe of the research is formed by 404 teachers, including 305 men and 99 women, who are employed in the various schools associated with the Ministry of Education, who have graduated in the field of education and education management in the period from 2012 to 2016. Because the whole universe was reached, there was also no example taken. For the purpose of determining the opinions, the researchers used the survey "Aplikation of Location Change (Rotation) in School Managers" developed with a five-type liquid for this study and Cronbach's Alpha ratio calculated at 0.7796. The data obtained in the study were statistically evaluated with the help of tables, the evaluation results were explained with the help of tables. Teachers think that their rotation practices appear to be generally positive to the "Rotation (Rotation) practice" in connection with the research of "many" at the participation level. The study found that teachers, school managers, who have been in the same school for a long time, can cause administrative blindness in them, and therefore they believe that their places should be changed by rotation, taking into account the individual needs of managers.
