Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to study the examples of works in the law methods published in Turkey in the direction of form, authority and composer. The method of document analysis was used from the quality research. The sample group of the study consists of seven law methods published in Turkey. The findings within themselves; the determination of the examples used in the methods, the determination of the common and different of the examples in the methods, the form and structure of the examples in the methods are classified in terms of the identification of the composers in the methods. The research is important to identify and evaluate the common and different aspects of the methods written for the law, and thus to contribute to this and similar work that will be done for the law with new views. The study found that the seven methods of law have similar and different aspects in terms of examples of works selected from certain authorities, forms and composers.
