Özet:

The aim of this study is to identify the opinions of experts in the field of development of the "Open and Remote Learning" course introduced to the teachers' training programs updated in 2018. The participants of the study were selected by measurement sampling methods from the target sampling types. This study, designed as a case study, included eleven academics conducting studies in the field of open and remote learning. The study used a semi-configured conversation form developed by researchers as a data collection tool. The conversations were first recorded with the digital audio recorder and then thrown into the text. The data obtained as a result of consultations with experts was subjected to content analysis with a quality approach. As a result of the research, the experts teachers' qualifications, course application and system-oriented views for the development of the Open and Remote Learning course. When the results of the study are examined, it is found that the opinions on the teacher’s qualifications are made up of two categories: professional skills (on codes) and personal social skills (three codes). was examined. The view to the application of the course is found to be made up of five categories: method (two codes), time (one code), mandatory (three codes), course execution (two codes) and course content (five codes). What is the knowledge, and what is the knowledge, and what is the knowledge? It is found to be made up of four categories as a contribution (two codes) and a spread (one code). Opinions such as the open and remote learning courses will provide academic contribution, the teachers who can teach from a distance will be trained, the negative perception of remote learning will be broken are the most indicated situations by experts.
