Abstract:

The "Business Demand-Control" model developed by Karasek was developed by Johnson and Hall by adding the "Social Support" size, addressing the work voltage and claiming that the low control perception of the employers will produce psychological pressure on the employers against the high demands brought by the work. It is recommended that employees have a high control over their work to ensure that they deal with high demands at work. This situation can protect employers from tension and cause them to learn. The study has studied the relationship of the model’s job demand, control and support subdimensions to work stress. As an example, the staff of Manas International Airport, located in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, were selected. The data has been conducted by factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result of the analyses, a meaningful relationship has been detected in a positive direction between the perception of work control and the low-dimensional stress of work stress; a meaningful relationship has been detected in a negative direction between the perception of social support and the low-dimensional stress of work stress; a meaningful relationship has been detected in a positive direction between the perception of social support and the low-dimensional stress of work stress.
