Abstract:

The duties and responsibilities of the provincial private administrations closed under Law No. 6360 have been transferred to the majority municipalities and again the Investment Monitoring and Coordination Presidency established under this law. In this context, the purpose of the work is to investigate the effects of the transfer of some duties and responsibilities to the Investment Monitoring and Coordination Presidency, which is a central body, by closing the provincial private administrations, which is a local administration unit, on the local administration system. Investment Monitoring and Coordination Presidents in all major cities located in the Ege region have been identified as a sample and interviewed with Investment Monitoring and Coordination Presidents and managers in the Ege region with a quality research technique. During the interview, the Investment Monitoring and Coordination Chairman was informed about the structures, duties, powers and responsibilities, financial structure and supervision and asked for answers to questions about this institution. In the framework of the study, it has been found that various errors in the duties and responsibilities of the provincial special administration transferred to the Investment Monitoring and Coordination Headquarters have occurred and that a new legal arrangement is needed.
