Savaş ve beraberinde getirdiği göç sosyal ve ekonomik birçok soruna kaynaklık etmektedir. Bu bağlamda Suriye Savaşı, ortaya çıkardığı sosyal ve ekonomik sorunlarla dünyanın gündemini meşgul etmektedir. 2011 yılında başlayan ve hala zaman zaman şiddetlenerek devam eden Suriye Savaşı, bireylerin, toplumların ve hatta dünyanın yaşamına etki etmeye devam etmektedir. Bu süreçte savaş ve savaşın ortaya çıkardığı olumsuzluklardan en çok etkilenen kesimler olarak kadınlar ön plana çıkmaktadır. Kadınlar, dünya üzerinde ortaya çıkan savaşlarda mağdur olan kesimler arasında çocuklarla birlikte en ön sıraları paylaşmaktadırlar. Sosyolojik, politik, kültürel ve ekonomik sonuçları olan savaş süreci toplumsal cinsiyet eşitsizliğinin görünürlüğünü de büyük oranda arttıran bir olgu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada amaç, savaş sonucunda göç etmek durumunda kalan kadınların bu süreçte maruz kaldıkları şiddet biçimlerini görünür kılmaktır. Bu bağlamda Elazığ’a gelen Suriyeli sığınmacı kadınların savaş sırasında ve sonrasında yaşadıkları şiddet olayları, sosyal ve ekonomik sorunları ayrıntılarını görünür kılabilmek çalışmanın temel hedefidir. Bu amaçlarla çalışmamızda 12 Suriyeli kadın sığınmacıyla derinlemesine mülakat yapılarak nitel bir analiz yapılmıştır. Bulgular, savaş esnasında yaşanan şiddet, savaş sonrasında maruz kalınan şiddet ve şiddet sürecinde araçsallaşma kategorileri üzerinden analiz edilmiştir. Nitel araştırma deseni ile tasarlanan bu çalışma, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılarak derinlemesine mülakat tekniği ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşmelerde sorulacak soruların hazırlanmasında savaşta şiddet ve cinsel şiddet kavramları temel alınmıştır. Özel hayatın gizliliği ilkesi ve olabilecek her türden risk nedeniyle görüşme yapılan katılımcıların kişisel bilgilerine çalışmada yer verilmemiştir. Görüşmeler, genellikle sığınmacılarla ortak karar verilen buluşma alanlarında ve bir kısmının da evlerinde yarı yapılandırılmış soru formu aracılığıyla tercüman kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görüşmeler esnasında ses kaydı için izin istenmiş ancak görüşmecilerin izni olmadığından dolayı ses kaydı yapılmamıştır. Her bir katılımcı ile ortalama olarak 1 (bir) saat görüşülmüştür. Görüşme esnasında kullanılan ifadeler not alınarak görüşme gerçekleştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
The war and the immigration that it brings with it causes many social and economic problems. In this context, the Syrian War is engaging the world’s agenda with its social and economic problems. The war in Syria, which began in 2011 and continues to be violent from time to time, continues to affect the lives of individuals, communities and even the world. In this process, women are the most affected parts of the negatives arising from war and war. Women share the highest ranges with children among the victims of the world’s wars. The war process, which has sociological, political, cultural and economic consequences, is also a phenomenon that greatly increases the visibility of social gender inequality. The aim of this study is to reveal the forms of violence that women who have to migrate as a result of the war are exposed to during this process. In this context, the main objective of the study is to make the details of the violent events, social and economic problems of the Syrian refugee women who come to Elazığ during and after the war, visible. In our work on these purposes, 12 Syrian women refugees were thoroughly interviewed and a quality analysis was made. The findings were analyzed through the categories of violence during the war, violence exposed after the war, and violence under the war. This study, designed with a qualified research design, was carried out with a deep interview technique using a semi-structured interview form. The preparation of the questions to be asked in the talks was based on the concepts of violence and sexual violence in the war. The privacy principle of private life and the personal information of the participants interviewed due to any kind of risk that may be included in the study. Interviews were usually conducted in the meeting areas commonly decided with refugees and in some of their homes, using a translator through a semi-structured question form. During the conversations, the voice recording was requested, but the voice recording was not made due to the lack of the permission of the interviewer. Each participant has an average of 1 (one) hour. The statements used during the interview were noted and attempted to conduct the interview.
