Abstract:

Communication technologies, which are seen as the fastest-growing area of our time, are also preparing the ground for the formation of a different culture along with the changes and transformations in the societies. Today, the possibility of information to be distributed very easily and quickly in the axis of emerging new communication technologies encourages institutions to position themselves in different fields on many topics. Photographs that appear for the purpose of recording the memories and evolve over the years, always preserve their importance. Smartphones, tablets, etc. are present with new communication technologies. The importance of photography is increasing. In some cases, photographs can be enough to tell an event alone. Photo is also a phenomenon that understands the news and makes it perceived correctly. News photos support news texts. The photographs in the Germans that create awareness of important events during the year are also important indicators in terms of awareness and importance of social and economic developments. The Syrian Civil War, which began in 2012 as a small-scale protest in Syria, which spread to the country in the following years, shows its influence in all countries, mainly Turkey. Many Syrian citizens have been forced to leave their countries due to the Civil War. The Syrians who have left their countries have migrated to various countries of the world, including Turkey. In the study, photographs in the Anadolu Agency Germanic data were studied in 2014 and 2018 through the Indicative Analysis Method in the framework of determined criteria. The result of the study was the representation of the photographs in the discourses, the reflection form was evaluated.
