Bu çalışmanın amacı, yabancılaşma olgusunun bilimsel çalışmalarda ele alınışı sırasında açığa çıkan anlam ikiliğine dikkat çekmek ve söz konusu ikiliğin ortadan kaldırılabilmesi için gerçekleştirilecek kavramsallaştırma çalışmalarına öneri sunabilmektir. Bu noktada, yabancılaşma olgusunun bireyin iradesi ve bilinci dışında gelişen hali için Pasif Yabancılaşma, bireyin kısmen de olsa iradesi ve bilinci dâhilinde gelişen hali için Pasif Yabancılaşma ifadeleri önerilmiş, araştırma içerisinde kategorik bir ayrımın yapılabilmesi için bu ifadelerden faydalanılmıştır. Yabancılaşma kavramının bilimsel çalışmalardaki kullanımında oluşan anlam ikiliğini görünür kılmak adına Türkiye’de bu konuda yapılmış lisansüstü tezlerin incelenerek istatistiksel bir dökümünün yapılması öngörülmüştür. Bunun için betimsel bir çalışma yürütülmüş ve genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Evren içerisinde erişim izni olmayan ve yabancı dilde yazılan tezler elendikten sonra araştırma 215 tezle yürütülmüştür. Yapılan inceleme sonunda, yabancılaşma konusunda 186 yüksek lisans, 29 doktora düzeyinde çalışmanın hazırlandığı tespit edilmiştir. Bunlardan 100 tanesinin, yabancılaşma olgusunun temel tartışma alanı olan Sosyal, Beşeri ve İdari Bilimler Temel Alanı’nda, 115 çalışmanın da diğer alanlarda gerçekleştirildiği görülmüştür. Yabancılaşma olgusunun Pasif Yabancılaşma anlamı için bir ölçme değerlendirme aracının bulunmayışından hareketle, yapılan çalışmaların kaç tanesinin ampirik kaç tanesinin teorik olduğuna bakılmış,133 çalışmanın ampirik, 82 çalışmanın ise teorik olduğu gözlenmiştir. Teorik çalışmalar içinde de kavramsallaştırılması ilk kez Seeman tarafından gerçekleştirilen Aktif Yabancılaşma anlamının referans alındığı tezler mevcuttur. Örneklem, bu açıdan incelendiğinde 166 çalışmada yabancılaşma olgusunun Aktif Yabancılaşma anlamının, 49 çalışmada da Pasif Yabancılaşma anlamının kullanıldığı anlaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda ortaya çıkan bulgular, bilimsel çalışmalarda, yabancılaşma olgusunun anlamına ilişkin çelişkili bir tablonun olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Bu durumda, aynı kavramlarla yürütülen çalışmaların farklı anlam ve sonuçlar yaratarak yabancılaşma olgusunun niteliğine ilişkin bir karmaşa meydana getireceği görülmektedir. Bu nedenle yabancılaşma olgusuna ilişkin yeni bir kavramsallaştırma çalışmasına gidilerek olgunun anlamının nesnel bir niteliğe kavuşturulması gerekmektedir.
The objective of this study is to draw attention to the significance duality that is revealed during the study of the foreignization phenomenon in scientific studies and to be able to propose conceptualization studies to be carried out in order to eliminate the duality. In order to make visible the meaning of the concept of foreignization in the use of scientific studies in Turkey, it is expected to be a statistical draw by examining the graduate theses made on this subject. For this, a visual study was carried out and a general scan model was used. After the dissertation of the dissertations not allowed to access within the universe and written in a foreign language, the research was carried out with 215 dissertations. At the end of the study, it was found that 186 master's studies on foreigning and 29 doctoral levels were prepared. 100 of them were found in the Basic Area of Social, Human and Administrative Sciences, which is the main area of discussion of the foreignization phenomenon, 115 studies were also conducted in other fields. As a result of the absence of a measuring tool for the significance of passive alienation, the number of the studies conducted was considered as theoretical, 133 studies were observed as theoretical, and 82 studies were observed as theoretical. In theoretical studies, there are also theories that refer to the meaning of active alienation performed by Seeman for the first time in conceptualization. The example, when studied from this point of view, found that in 166 studies the fact of foreignization means active foreignization, and in 49 studies the meaning of passive foreignization is used. The findings from the research have shown that in scientific studies there is a contradictory picture of the meaning of the fact of alienation. In this case, it appears that the studies conducted with the same concepts will create different meanings and consequences, causing a confusion on the nature of the outsourcing phenomenon. Therefore, by going to a new conceptualization work on the fact of outsourcing, it is necessary to bring the meaning of the fact to an objective nature.
