Abstract:

In today’s world, it is accepted that students with special needs are educated in environments where they are expressed as the least restrictive environment and where they are guaranteed to be with their relatives with as little disability as possible. Treatment practices are practices that enable specialized students to receive education in general education classes and equally with other relatives with disabilities. In achieving success in these practices, it is important that teachers who are practitioners have the necessary knowledge and skills. However, both relevant research and the experience and impressions of researchers in the field show that teachers do not have sufficient knowledge about coating practices. This study is aimed at preparing a service-in-service training program aimed at addressing the deficiencies of teachers working in primary schools in the field of coaching education. Taba program development model and learning-centered design framework conducted program design work began with the need analysis. The prepared open-end interview form was used for conversations with 15 teachers who worked in the primary schools located in Zonguldak province and were identified in the framework of the purpose sample method. The data obtained from the discussions were subjected to content analysis, the data was submitted under three titles and the needs were revealed. 4 units and 23 goals have been set to meet these emerging needs, and the behavior of each goal has been determined and the goals have been set to work. It is believed that this prepared service-in-service training program will be useful in removing the deficiencies of teachers in the coaching training practices.
