Yaşanan hızlı değişim ve gelişmeler, eğitim sektörünün dinamiklerini etkilemektedir. Endüstri 4.0’a insan kaynağı yetiştiren ve küresel pazarda rekabet edebilecek insanın özelliklerini tartışan eğitim sektörünün yeniliğe duyarsız kalması mümkün değildir. Yenilikçi davranışa sahip öğretmenler, fikir yaratabilecek ve okulun ilerlemesine katkıda bulunabilecek yaratıcı öğretmenler olarak görülmektedir. Yenilikçi iş davranışı sergileyen öğretmenler, öğrencilerin öğrenme sürecindeki yaratıcılıklarını yenilikçi öğretim ile ifade etmelerine yardımcı olarak, yeni stratejiler kullanarak, öğrencilerin farklı ihtiyaçlarını ve özelliklerini yanıtlayabilirler. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin yenilikçi iş davranışı düzeylerinin belirlenmesi ve çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Çalışmada tarama modeli türlerinden genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklem grubunu İstanbul İli Küçükçekmece ilçesinde bulunan, 2017–2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında özel ve devlet okullarında çalışan 222 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak “kişisel bilgi formu” ve “yenilikçi iş davranışı ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, T-Testi ve Anova Testine başvurulmuştur. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, öğretmenlerin yenilikçi iş davranışı düzeylerinin çok yüksek olduğu; özel okul öğretmenlerinin fikir üretme ve uygulama puanının, devlet okulu öğretmenlerine göre daha yüksek olduğu; yenilik, yenilikçi davranış ve yaratıcı düşünme konularında eğitim alan öğretmenlerin yenilikçi iş davranışı puanlarının, eğitim almayanlara göre daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerinin yenilikçi iş davranışı düzeyleri çalışma yılına ve almış oldukları hizmetiçi eğitim sayısına göre farklılık göstermemektedir. Araştırma bulguları tartışılmış, eğitim sektörü ve araştırmacılar için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The rapid changes and developments are influenced by the dynamics of the education sector. It is impossible that the educational sector, which discusses the characteristics of a person who grows human resources to Industry 4.0 and is able to compete in the global market, remains insensitive to innovation. Teachers with innovative behavior are seen as creative teachers who can create ideas and contribute to the progress of the school. Teachers showing innovative business behavior can respond to the different needs and characteristics of students, using new strategies, helping students express their creativity in the learning process with innovative teaching. In this context, the purpose of this study is to determine the levels of innovative business behavior of teachers and to study them according to various variables. In the study, a general screening model from the scanning model types was used. The sample group of the study consists of 222 teachers working in private and public schools in the educational and educational year 2017-2018, located in the province of Istanbul. The research has used the “personal information form” and the “innovative business behavior scale” as a data collection tool. In the analysis of the data identifiable statistics, the T-Test and the Anova Test were applied. The analysis found that teachers’ innovative business behavior levels were very high; that private school teachers’ idea-making and practice score was higher than public school teachers; that teachers’ innovative business behavior score was higher than non-trained teachers. Teachers' innovative business behavior levels do not differ according to the year of work and the number of service training they have received. Research findings have been discussed, recommendations for the educational sector and researchers.
