Bu çalışma sağlık profesyonellerinin organ ve doku bağışına ilişkin görüş ve farkındalık düzeylerini tespit etmeyi amaçlamıştır. Aralık 2018- Ocak 2019 tarihleri arasında doktor, diş hekimi, eczacı ve hemşire, fizyoterapist, organ ve doku nakli koordinatörü, koordinatör yardımcısı ve sağlık yöneticisi meslek gruplarından dokuz kişi ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Toplam görüşme süresi 151,97 dakika sürmüştür. Yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda beş ana boyut belirlenmiştir. Bunlar; “Bilgi Düzeyi, Üç Boyutta Tutum, Tutuma Yön Verenler, Mesleki Faaliyetler ve Öneriler” olarak sıralanmıştır. Bu boyutlar daha sonra alt kategorilere ayrılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan tüm meslek gruplarının gözünden organ ve doku bağışının önündeki en önemli engeller; beyin ölümü tanı belirsizliği, bağış eğitimi veren kişilerin yetersizliği, beyin ölümünden sonra organ ve doku alınış biçimi ve dini açıdan tatmin edici bir netliğin olmaması şeklinde sıralanmıştır. Ayrıca organ ve doku bağışının ülke genelinde artırılması için farklı etki alanlarına sahip sağlık meslek gruplarının, ortak bilgilendirme ve yönlendirme paylaşımı yapabilecekleri platformlar ve bunları oluşturacak koordinasyon birimlerine ihtiyaç gözükmektedir.
This study aims to identify the level of opinion and awareness of health professionals about organ and tissue donation. Between December 2018 and January 2019, nine people from the professional groups of doctors, dentists, pharmacists and nurses, physiotherapists, organ and tissue transplant coordinators, assistant coordinators and health managers were interviewed. The total time of the meeting was 151.97 minutes. The five main dimensions were determined as a result of the discussions. These are classified as: "Information level, three-dimensional attitude, attitude orientation, professional activities and recommendations." These dimensions are subsequently divided into subcategories. The most important obstacles to organ and tissue donation are the uncertainty of the diagnosis of brain death, the lack of donation training, the form of organ and tissue taking after brain death and the absence of a religiously satisfying clarity. It also appears that health professionals with different influence areas are needed to increase organ and tissue donations across the country, platforms and coordination units that can share information and guidance and create them.

These; “Knowledge Level, Attitude in Three Dimension, Attendants, Professional Activities and Recommendations sıralan. These dimensions are then subdivided into categories. The most important barriers to organ and tissue donation from the eyes of all professional groups participating in the study are; uncertainty of diagnosis of brain death, the inadequacy of people providing donation training, removal of organs and tissues after brain death and lack of religious satisfactory clarity. In addition, in order to increase organ and tissue donation throughout the country, it is recommended to establish coordination units that will create platforms where health professionals groups with different domains can share joint information and guidance.
