So many results that aren't mine?

ORTAÖĞRETİM TÜRK DİLİ VE EDEBİYATI DERS KİTAPLARINDA ELEŞTİREL DİNLEME

Abstract:

Yapılan araştırmalara göre Türkiye’de en yaygın öğretim materyali ders kitaplarıdır. Bu nedenle öğrencilere eleştirel dinleme eğitimi vermenin en kolay yolu, bu beceriyi geliştirici etkinliklere ders kitaplarında daha fazla yer verilmesidir. Ortaöğretim Türk dili ve edebiyatı ders kitaplarında eleştirel dinleme etkinliklerine ne derece yer verildiğinin tespit edilmesini amaçlayan çalışmamızda Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından onaylanan ortaöğretim Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı ders kitapları için doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılarak her sınıf seviyesi için ayrı inceleme yapılmıştır. Ders kitapları üç uzman tarafından incelenmiş ve veriler yine alanında uzman üç araştırmacı tarafından ortak noktala incelenerek nesnel şekilde sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Tüm sınıf seviyelerinde dinleme becerisine yalnızca, her ünitenin sonunda yer alan “sözlü iletişim” bölümünde yer verildiği görülmüştür. Bu bölümün dışında ders kitaplarının hiçbir bölümünde dinleme etkinliklerine rastlanmamıştır. Dinleme etkinliklerinde eleştirel dinleme söz konusu olduğunda etkinlik sayısı daha da azalmaktadır. Çağımızın dinlemeye/izlemeye dayalı mesaj bombardımanı düşünüldüğünde dinleme becerisini eleştirel boyutta geliştiren etkinliklerin sayısının artırılmasının gerekliliği ortaya çıkmaktadır

According to the research, the most common teaching material in Turkey is the lesson books. Therefore, the easiest way to provide students with critical listening education is to give more place to the activities that develop this skill in the curriculum. In our work aimed at determining how much critical listening activities are included in the Turkish language and literature curriculum books, the method of document examination for the Turkish language and literature curriculum books, approved by the Ministry of National Education, has been conducted a separate examination for each class level. The curricula was studied by three experts and the data was attempted to be presented objectively by the three experts in the field to be studied in common. The ability to listen at all levels of class has only been found to be included in the "verbal communication" section at the end of each unit. No lessons were found in any lessons except in this section. When hearing is critical, the number of activities is even less. When considering the bombing of the message based on listening/watching of our age, it is necessary to increase the number of events that develop the ability to listen in a critical dimension.

Therefore, the easiest way to teach critical listening to students is to include more in textbooks for activities that enhance this skill. The aim of this study is to determine the extent to which critical listening activities are included in the secondary education Turkish language and literature textbooks and to examine the documents for the secondary education Turkish language and literature textbooks approved by the Ministry of National Education. The textbooks were examined by three experts and the data was examined in common by three researchers who were experts in the field and tried to be presented objectively. Listening skills at all grade levels were only given in the “Oral Communication” Section at the end of each unit. Apart from this section, there were no listening activities in any of the textbooks. The number of activities decreases further when it comes to critical listening in listening. When the message bombardment based on the listening / monitoring of our age is considered, it is necessary to increase the number of activities that critically improve the listening skills.
