Onuncu Yıl Kutlama Komitesi, kutlamaları, tezyin ve tenvir (süsleme ve aydınlatma), halkın toplantılara şenliklere katılımı ve heyecanı, halk kürsüleri ve konferansları, temsil, müsamereler ve açılış merasimleri şeklinde olmak üzere dört ana başlık halinde düzenlemiştir. Bu kutlamalar içerisinde konferanslar önemli bir yer tutmuş ve şiire de yer verilmiştir. Konferans metinlerinde kutlama mesajları verilmiş, Türk devletçiliği, laiklik normlarının muhtevası, Türk milletinin istiklal ve istikbali, inkılapçılık ve milliyetçilik ilkeleri üzerinde durulmuş ve geçen on yıllık sürecin değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Şiirde ele alınan anlamca ortaya konulan tema ise; Mondros Ateşkes Antlaşmasının Türk milletinin idam fermanı haline getirilmesi, Millet hakkında verilen esaret ve ölüm kararına ve bu kararın uygulanışına milletin kendisinin karşı gelmesi, amaca ulaşmak için bıkmadan, usanmadan büyük bir kararlılıkla çalışılması, kendilerinin ölmeleri durumunda kahramanlıklarının şöhretinin kalacak olması, 29 Ekim 1923 gününün Türk milletinin kaderini değiştiren, geleceğine istikamet veren, onu bir değişim ve gelişime, yeni bir yapı ve oluşuma yönelten önemli bir olay ve tarih olması olmuştur.
The 10th Anniversary Celebration Committee has organized the celebrations, the theses and the tents in four main titles, in the form of the participation and enthusiasm of the public in the meetings, public chairs and conferences, representations, ceremonies and opening ceremonies. During these celebrations, the conferences took an important place and the poetry was given place. In the conference texts, celebration messages were given, Turkish stateism, the greatness of the secular norms, the principles of the Turkish nation's stability and stability, the principles of introspection and nationalism were focused and the last decade was evaluated. The Decennial Celebration Committee organized the celebrations under four main titles as decoration and lighting, participation of people to the celebrations and their excitement, public daises and conferences, representations, competitions and opening ceremonies. Among these celebrations, conferences took an important place and poetry was included. Congratulatory messages were given in conference texts; Turkish statism, the content of secularist norms, the independence and the future of the Turkish nation, the principles of revolutionism and nationalism were emphasized, and the past ten years were evaluated. The themes in the poems included the Treaty of Moudros as a decree of execution of the Turkish nation, the decision of captivity and death for the nation and the implementation of this decree against the nation, achieving the goal with a great determination, the belief that the fame of their heroism would be permanent if they died, October 29 as an important day that changed the fate of the the Turkish nation, giving direction to development and change, and a new structure for the formation.
