Abstract:

He has been in the Turkish government for hundreds of years. In other words, Pencap has been bound with Turkish language and culture for a thousand years. In particular, the Islamic era in Pencap is a matter of Turkish sovereignty. It is a language that is 5-6 thousand years old, and the works of ragmen are about a thousand years back. The official language of Pencap is one of the 22 official languages spoken in India. The gramer structure is similar to the Turkish and is based on the Central Asian Turks in general. There are 120 million speakers worldwide. Pencap was divided into two parts in 1947 as a result of India's breakdown. West Pencap Pakistan, east Pencap remains within the border of India. Pencap and Pencapça in Turkey, which has deep traces from the Turkish language and culture, is not sufficient. There is no study in Turkey except for several encyclopedias related to this important language. In this study, four Pencapça dictionaries have been scanned in terms of the existence of the Turkish word. The words in the Turkish dictionaries have been added to the work. Other languages in other Turkish languages, except Turkish, have also been used to identify the languages of the Turkish words in Pencapç. The words identified are thematically defined. Also, the sound and meaning changes were shown. There are 168 Turkish words in the framework of the study. No controversial words were included in the evaluation. It is important to be the first in this field of work in Turkey.
