So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Abstract:

The industrial revolution and the demand for human labor in the production sector have led to the demand for women labor in addition to the current male labor. In particular, after the Second World War, the rapid urbanization phenomenon has made this trend more evident, and the women, which have become more private in the cities until then, have become an important part of the working life. The married women who work in them have come under a double burden to meet their needs in their work as well as in their family roles, and these multi-social roles have created a set of tensions on them. Especially in countries such as Turkey where women’s representation rates in paid labour are low, women experience difficulties while trying to balance between work and family life due to the traditional attitude developed against women’s work. This study focuses on the change in women working in urban conditions and non-agricultural sectors in the family roles in Turkey.

The labour force gap in production sector which came out as a result of Industrial Revolution, has demanded female labour force in addition to that of male. Particularly in the countries, such as in Turkey, where female labour participation ratio is low, women experience some difficulties while they are trying to set a balance between working and family lives due to the traditional negative attitude towards female employment. The subject matter of this study is the change in family roles of women working in urban settings and in non-agricultural sectors.
