Bu araştırmada öğretmen yetiştirme ile ilgili olarak Türkiye’de yapılmış olan araştırmalar karşılaştırmalı eğitim sistemine göre araştırılmıştır. Bu araştırmalardan yola çıkılarak Türkiye’deki öğretmen yetiştirme sistemi olumlu ve olumsuz yanlarına göre eleştirel bir bakış açısı ile değerlendirilerek sonuçlara varılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda Türkiye’nin öğretmen eğitimi alanında kendini daha ileri seviyelere getirmesi hedeflenmektedir. Çalışmada betimsel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Buna göre Türkiye’de; fakülte okul işbirliğine yönelik tematik kalite güvence sistemi geliştirilmesi gerektiği, eğitim fakültelerinde öğretim üyesi sayısı ve niteliğini artıracak politikalara öncelik verilmesi gerektiği, pedagojik formasyon programlarının kalitesini geliştirmeye dönük düzenlemeler yapılabileceği, öğretmen eğitimi programlarının niteliği periyodik olarak değerlendirilebileceği, Öğretmenlik mesleğine başlama ölçütü olarak Türkiye’de sadece bilişsel özelliklerin diğer ülkelerde ise hem bilişsel hem duyuşsal özelliklerin test edildiği tespit edilmiş olup bu anlamda yeniden düzenlemelerin yapılması gerektiği, öğretmenlerin sosyal ve ekonomik durumlarının OECD ülkelerinin ortalamasının üstünde olması gerektiği ve bu yüzden öğretmenlik mesleğinin statüsünün diğer mesleklere kıyasla daha yüksek olması gerektiği, öğretmenlerin kendilerini geliştirebilmeleri için bir takım uygulamaların yapılması gerektiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca başarılı olan ülkelerin öğretmen eğitiminde uygulama derslerine ağırlık verdiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
In this study, the research that was done in Turkey in relation to teachers training was researched according to the comparative education system. Based on this research, the teaching system in Turkey has been evaluated with a critical perspective according to its positive and negative aspects. At the end of the study, the aim of Turkey is to bring itself to higher levels in the field of teaching education. In the study, a visual scan method was used. According to this in Turkey; the thematic quality assurance system for school cooperation should be developed, the policy should be given priority to increasing the number and quality of teachers in educational faculty, the quality of educational training programs can be arranged, the quality of teachers training programs can be periodically evaluated, as the starting standard of teaching profession in Turkey only the cognitive characteristics in other countries have been tested and the cognitive and sensual characteristics in this sense should be re-regulated, the social and economic conditions of teachers should be above the average of the OECD countries and the other professions should be implemented with the highest level of the status of teachers, and the other professions should be implemented with the highest level of the status of teachers.It has also been achieved the results that successful countries emphasize the practical courses in teachers' education.
As the research made in Turkey related to teacher training in this research it was investigated by the comparative education system. This research starting from the teacher training system in Turkey has reached a critical point with the results evaluated in accordance with the positive and negative aspects. Research aims to eventually bring himself to more advanced levels of teacher training in the area of Turkey. Descriptive screening method was used in the study. Accordingly, in Turkey; The need to develop thematic quality assurance system for school school cooperation, education faculties faculty member number and that priority should be given to policies to improve the quality, pedagogic training programs improving the quality-oriented arrangements can be made, teacher training programs, quality can be evaluated periodically, as a measure of starting the teaching profession in Turkey only It was determined that cognitive and cognitive characteristics were tested in other countries and that social and economic status of teachers should be higher than OECD countries and that the status of the teaching profession should be higher than other professions. the end of a set of applications to be done s have been reached. In addition, it has been concluded that successful countries have given weight to practice in teacher education.
