Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimi fabrikalardaki makineler, bilgisayarlar, sensorlar ve diğer entegre bilgisayar sistemlerinin birbirleriyle bilgi alışverişinde bulunarak, insanlardan neredeyse tamamen bağımsız olarak kendi kendilerini koordine ve optimize eden kavrama denir. Z Kuşağı ise 2000-2030 arası doğan ve altın nesil ya da alfa kuşağı olarak ifade edilen kuşaktır. Çalışmada geleceğin teknolojisi sayılan Sanayi 4.0 kavramını yeni nesillere aktaracak, kavrama uygun yeni davranış kalıplarını ve hizmet standartlarını biçimlendirecek Z kuşağının biçimleyici rolünü vurgulamaktır. Konuyla ilgili literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen bilgiler analiz edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Bu çalışmalar ışığında Z Kuşağının betimleyici yönü ön plana çıkarılmıştır. Bugüne kadar yapılan çalışmalarda her ne kadar Sanayi 4.0 ve Z kuşağı ilişkisi irdelenmemesine rağmen her iki konunun birbirleriyle ilişkisinin olduğu öngörülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın bundan sonraki araştırmalara öncülük edeceği düşünülmektedir.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution factory machines, computers, sensors and other integrated computer systems exchange information with each other, almost completely independently of people, is called the concept that coordinates and optimizes themselves. The Z Generation is a generation born between 2000 and 2030 and expressed as the Golden Generation or the Alpha Generation. The study is to emphasize the formative role of the generation Z that will transfer the concept of Industry 4.0 to the new generations, form new patterns of behavior and service standards that are appropriate for the concept. A literary examination on the subject was made. The information received has been analyzed and interpreted. In light of these studies, the illustrative direction of the Z Generation has been put forward. In the studies to date, although the relationship between Industry 4.0 and Z generations is not clear, it is predicted that both subjects have a relationship with each other. It is believed that this study will lead to subsequent research.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution entails the concept of self-coordination and optimisation of machines, computers, sensors, and other integrated computing systems via exchanging information almost completely independent of human beings.As for Generation Z, it refers to the individuals born between the dates of 2000-2030, also known as the golden generation or Generation Alpha. The study emphasizes the formative role of Generation Z, which will transfer the concept of Industry 4.0, which is deemed as future technology, to the next generations, and will fashionnew behavioural patterns and service standards that are appropriate for the concept. Following the literature review, the data were analysed and evaluated, which, in conclusion, featured the formative role of Generation Z. Despite the lack of studies that delve into the relationship between Industry 4.0 and Generation Z, these concepts are predicted to be interrelated. Hence, the study is considered to pioneer future research.
