Bu çalışmada, Türkiye ekonomisi için önemli bir sektör olan inşaat sektörünün önemli girdilerinden biri olan çinemto üretimi gerçekleştiren işletmelerin 2007.Q1-2017.Q3 dönemini kapsayan çeyrek dönemlik veriler kullanılarak aktif karlılık, öz sermaye karlılığı, net kar marjı, brüt kar marjı ve PD/DD oranları analizi yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın uygulaması Borsa İstanbul’da (BİST) kote olmuş çimento sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 21 şirket üzerinden gerçekleşmiştir. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda, ele alınan bağımsız değişkenlerden brüt kar marjının PD/DD üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi tespit edilmemiştir. Diğer bağımsız değişkenler anlamlı ve önemli çıkmıştır. PD/DD üzerinde en etkili değişken olan aktif karlılık değişkeni olmuştur. aktif karlılık değişkenini öz sermaye karlılığı ve net kar marjı değişkeni takip etmektedir.
In this study,return on assets,capital dividend,net profit margin,gross profit margin and PD/DD rates have been analyzed by using the data of 2007.Q1-2017.Q3 quarters of the cement production enterprises which have been producing one of the most important inputs in Turkish economy. The application of this study has been carried out in twenty-one firms which have been in service in cement production and all these firms are being listed on the stock exchange in BIST. At the end of this study, the independent variable in hand which is gross profit margin doesn't have a meaningful effect on PD/DD.The other independent variables in hand are all meaningful and important. The most effective independent variable on PD/DD is return on assists. Capital dividend and net profit margin are the following independent variables.
