Afiş tasarımı, yapısında barındıracağı görsel imge dağarcığıyla bilgi içeren mesajın en etkin bir biçimde aktarılmasını hedefler. Tasarımcı bu hedefe ulaşmak için ihtiyaç duyduğu araçları tasarım sürecine dahil etmektedir. Afiş tasarımının geleceğini önemli ölçüde etkilediğini düşündüğümüz kavramlardan biri de teknolojik yeniliklerdir. Elbette geçmiş deneyimler afiş tasarımının geleceğini belirlemede temel sağlaması bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Ancak çağın gerektirdiği teknolojik yeniliklere uyum sağlamayı fark eden tasarımcı, dijital ortamın kendisine sağladığı imkânları kullanarak afişe hareket kazandırmıştır. Bu hareketli afiş günümüz dünyasında toplumsal yaşantıda görülen hıza ve büyük değişime ayak uydurmanın zorunluluğu olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Böylelikle afiş tasarımı da hızlı, hareketli, çabuk değişen toplumsal yapıda olması gereken yeri almıştır.
The Future of Poster Design: The poster design aims to transfer the message containing information in the most efficient way. The designer includes the tools he needs to achieve this goal in the design process. One of the issues we consider which affects the future of poster design is technological innovations. Certainly, previous experiences are important in terms of providing a basis for determining the future of poster design. However, the designer who realized the technological innovations required by the age, made moving posters with the opportunities provided by the digital media. The moving poster emerged as a necessity to keep up with the speed and great change in social life in today's world. Thus, poster design has taken place in a fast, moving, rapidly changing social structure.
