20. Yüzyılda yaşanan siyasal, sosyal, ekonomik köklü değişimlerin küresel etkileri her alanda olduğu gibi plastik sanatları da etkisi altına almıştır. Sanat, 20. Yüzyılda köklü değişimi öneren dinamik, muhalif ve avangart bir yaklaşımı benimsemiştir. 20. Yüzyıl sanat akımları, moda ve tekstil tasarım alanını da etkilemiş, dönemin sanatçı ve tasarımcılarına ilham kaynağı olmuştur. Sanatta ortaya çıkan bu çağdaş yaklaşımların önemli temsilcilerinden olan Sonia Delaunay’ın çalışmalarının bir kısmı moda illüstrasyonu, moda ve tekstil tasarımı üzerinedir. Bu makalede Sonia Delaunay’ın çağdaş sanat akımlarının yansımasının açıkça görüldüğü avantgart sanat (resim) ve tasarım (moda ve tekstil tasarım) çalışmalarının ışığında sanatçının 1910-1970 yılları arasında yapmış olduğu moda illüstrasyonları ele alınacaktır. Çalışmada; Delaunay’ın sanatçı duyarlılığıyla yapmış olduğu moda illüstrasyonlarında görülen dinamik etkili figürleri, bu figürlere giydirdiği avangart giysi tasarımları ve tekstil tasarımı çalışmaları incelenecektir. Delaunay’ın, moda illüstrasyonları, biçim ve form ilişkisinin yanı sıra renk, doku ve ifade ediş bakımından irdelenerek uygulanmış olan giysi tasarımlarıyla örneklendirilecektir. Sanatçının moda illüstrasyonları; O’nun yaşam öyküsü, deneyimleri ve sanat anlayışı göz önünde bulundurularak açıklanmaya çalışılacaktır. Çalışmanın yöntemini moda tasarımı, moda illüstrasyonu, sanat ve tasarım hakkında yayınlanmış olan alan yazın taraması ve elde edilen verilerin yorumsal bir yaklaşımla ele alınması oluşturmaktadır.

The political, social and economically rooted changes in the 20th century have affected the plastic arts as well as the global effects in every field. Art adopts a dynamic, oppositional and avant-garde approach that proposes fundamental change in the 20th century. 20th century art movements influenced the fashion and textile design field and inspired artists and designers of the period. Part of the work of Sonia Delaunay, one of the most important representatives of these contemporary approaches to art, is about fashion illustrations, fashion and textile design. In this article, the fashion illustrations that the artist made between 1910 and 1970 in the light of avant-garde art (painting) and design (fashion and textile design), where Sonia Delaunay's reflections of contemporary art movements are clearly visible, will be dealt with. Study; Delaunay's dynamically influential figures in fashion illustrations she made with artist sensitivity, avant-garde clothing designs and textile design studies worn by these figures will be examined. Delaunay's fashion illustrations will be exemplified by clothing designs that have been applied in terms of color, texture and expression as well as form and form relation. The fashion illustrations of the artist; His life story, his experiences and his understanding of art will be tried to be explained. It is the method of study; fashion design, fashion illustrations, art and design, and the interpretation of the data obtained through an interpretive approach.
