Abstract:

Bu çalışmada algılanan örgütsel destek ve güven ile örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi, temel amaç olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde literatür araştırması yapılmış, algılanan örgütsel destek, örgütsel güven ve örgütsel bağlılık kavramları açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde ise Erzurum il merkezinde faaliyet gösteren çağrı merkezinde çalışanlara anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada algılanan örgütsel destek, örgütsel güven ve örgütsel bağlılık boyutlarıyla ele alınmıştır. Örgütsel destek ve güvenin, örgütsel bağlılık üzerine etkisi ayrı ayrı teorik olarak açıklanmıştır. Geliştirilen hipotezler analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; algılanan örgütsel destek ve örgütsel bağlılık boyutları arasındaki ilişki ve örgütsel güven boyutlarıyla örgütsel bağlılık boyutları arasındaki ilişki ortaya konularak, örgütsel destek ve güvenin örgütsel bağlılık üzerine olan etkisi belirlenmiştir.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this study to analyze the relationship between organizational commitment with organizational support and organizational trust. In first chapter, literature survey was made and organizational support, organizational trust and organizational commitment terms was explained. İn application section of the study Questionnaire was conducted to employees in the call center operating in the province of Erzurum. Perceived organizational support, organizational trust and organizational commitment discussed for the research by dimensions. The impact of organizational support and organizational trust on organizational commitment was described separately as theoretical. The developed hypotheses were analyzed. As a result, the relationship between dimensions of variable was analyzed and the impact of organizational support and organizational trust on organizational commitment was determined.
