Araştırmanın genel amacı, “Yükseköğretimde bağıl ve mutlak değerlendirmeye ilişkin öğretim elemanlarının görüşleri” nin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada, tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise Fırat Üniversitesi’ndeki Eğitim Fakültesi 32 (%43), Teknik Eğitim Fakültesi 35 (%95) ve Mühendislik Fakültesi’nde 30 (%53) olmak üzere toplam 97 (%33) öğretim elemanı oluşturmuştur. Bağıl değerlendirmede öğrencilerin arasında rekabetin arttığı belirlenmiştir. Bilgi düzeyleri aynı olmasına rağmen, bağıl değerlendirme sisteminde değerlendirilen öğrencilerin notları, mutlak değerlendirme sisteminde değerlendirilen öğrencilere göre daha yüksektir fikri ön plana çıkmaktadır. Araştırmada elde edilen bir diğer sonuç ise öğretim elemanlarının bağıl ve mutlak değerlendirmenin karma olarak uygulanması görüşüne ilişkindir. Eğitim ve mühendislik fakültelerinde görev yapan öğretim elemanları bu görüşe olumlu bakmışken, teknik eğitim fakültesinde görev yapan öğretim elemanları bu görüşe olumsuz baktıkları belirlenmiştir.
The general purpose of the study is to determine "the opinions of teachers on the reliable and absolute assessment in higher education". In the research, the screening model was used. The sample of the study was made by a total of 97 (33%) teachers, including the Faculty of Education at the University of Fırat 32 (43%), the Faculty of Technical Education 35 (95) and the Faculty of Engineering 30 (53%). The competition between students has increased. Although the level of knowledge is the same, the idea is that the scores of students assessed in the connective assessment system are higher than the students assessed in the absolute assessment system. Another outcome from the study is the view of the teaching members to apply the reliable and absolute assessment as a karma. While the teachers who work in the educational and engineering faculty looked positively on this view, the teachers who work in the technical education faculty were determined to look negatively on this view.
The aim of the study , "The opinions about relative and absolute assessment of the teaching staff in the higher education" is determined. In this study, screening model was used. The research sample of the Faculty of Education 32 (43%), Faculty of Technical Education 35 (95%) and the Faculty of Engineering 30 (53%) including 97 (33%) consisted of the instructor. Relative assessment it was determined that increased competition among students. Although the same level of knowledge, the relative evaluation system evaluated in the students' grades, students assessed in absolute evaluation system is higher than the idea is come to the fore. A further result obtained in the study of the teaching staff on the implementation of the relative and absolute assessment is mixed. Training and teaching staff working in the engineering faculties positive looked up this opinion, the technical training school instructors who work in it was determined that this opinion looked negatively.
