Bilgi çağı olarak adlandırılan yüzyılımızda teknolojik gelişim, bilgi iletişim yapısının yanı sıra, toplumlar arası oluşan kültürel etkileşimin yapısını da değiştirmiştir. Günümüzde Dördüncü Sanayi Devrimine hazırlık dolayısıyla işletmelerde bilgi teknolojisi ve buna bağlı olarak, iletişim ve üretim teknolojilerindeki ilerlemeler sürekli farklılaşarak boyut değiştirmektedir. Dünyanın neresinde olursa olsun belirli malların ve hizmetlerin, üretim ve dağıtımı için bilişim teknolojilerini kullanarak birbirlerine bağlanan ve personelin olmadığı içi boş Sanal organizasyonlar ile işletmeler sanal bir yapı içerisinde temel yetenekler, kaynaklar, müşteri ve pazar fırsatlarını bir araya getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Dördüncü Sanayi Devriminin giderek önemli hale geldiği dünyamızda teknolojinin yarattığı hızlı gelişim ve değişim ortamı içerisinde ortaya çıkan Sanal organizasyonlar ikincil veriler ile teorik açıdan analiz edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla çalışmada öncelikle Sanal organizasyonlar; Sanayi 4.0'ın bileşeni olan Hizmetlerin İnterneti kavramı ile ele alınmış, teknolojik faktörler ile analiz edilmiş, oluşum nedeni ve önemi açıklanmış, Sanayi 4.0 çerçevesinde oluşum süreci incelenmiş, son olarak da örgütsel yapılanması ve bu yapılanma için etkin modeller ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Sanal organizasyon biçimleri ve yönetimleri konusunda yöneticiler ve girişimciler açısından farkındalık yaratmaktır. Çünkü geleceğin işletme yapısında, Sanal organizasyonlar büyük öneme sahip olacak ve siber uzay çağının vizyonu olarak ele alınacaktır.
in our century called information age, technological development has changed the structure of communication structure as well as cultural interaction between societies and nowadays preparation for the fourth industrial revolution, therefore, the knowledge technology in enterprises and progress in communication and production technologies are continuously differentiating and changing the size by changing the world, no matter where certain goods and services are connected to each other using it technologies for production and distribution, and businesses with hollow virtual organizations without staff, basic talents in a virtual structure, resources combine customer and market opportunities in this study, the fourth revolution industry is becoming increasingly important in the framework of the world’s rapid development and the implementation of virtual technology, which is discussed in terms of the implementation of virtual technology, and secondary technologies
Technological changes in our century, which is called information era, have also altered the structure of data communication along with cultural exchange between different societies. Nowadays, thanks to the preparations for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the development in information technologies and, in turn, communication and production technologies change dimension through constant changes. Virtual organizations and businesses in any part of the world, which do not employ any staff and are connected by means of information technologies in order to produce and distribute certain products and services, combine basic skills, resources, customers and market opportunities in a virtual structure. This study theoretically analyzes virtual organizations, which emerge from the atmosphere of rapid change in technology resulting from the Fourth Industrial Revolution, through secondary data. Therefore, the study follows this pattern: Firstly, Internet of Services in virtual organizations is analyzed through technological factors. Secondly, the reasons behind the emergence of virtual organizations and their importance are explained. Thirdly, the process of virtual organizations as part of Industry 4.0 is examined. Finally, the organizational structure of virtual organizations as part of Industry 4.0 and effective models for this structuring are discussed. The primary aim of the study is raise awareness of business administrators and entrepreneurs in terms of virtual organization types and management. This is because virtual organizations will possess a great importance in the structures of future businesses and will be assumed as the vision of cyberspace age.
