Bireylerin sahip oldukları bilişsel, fiziksel veya duyuşsal farklılıkları nedeniyle yaşadıkları sosyal çevrede kabul görmeleri hem bireyin kişisel gelişimi hem de toplumun gelişmesi için önemli bir husustur. Bu çalışmada amaç kaynaştırma öğrencileri ile birlikte aynı eğitim ortamında öğrenim gören normal gelişim gösteren öğrencilerin sosyal kabul düzeylerine müzik etkinliklerinin etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Ankara ilinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı bir ilkokulda 4. Sınıfa devam eden normal gelişim gösteren öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kaynaştırma öğrencisi bulunan iki sınıf seçilmiştir. Araştırmada normal gelişim gösteren öğrencilere Siperstein (1980) tarafından geliştirilen, Civelek (1990) tarafından Türkçe ’ye çevrilen Sosyal Kabul Ölçeği öntest-sontest uygulaması şeklinde kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda kaynaştırma öğrencisi bulunan her iki sınıfta da uygulanan müzik etkinliklerinin sosyal kabul düzeyini olumlu yönde arttırdığı görülmüştür.
The acceptance of individuals in the social environment in which they live due to their cognitive, physical or sensational differences is an important element for both the individual’s personal development and the development of society. The aim of this study is to study the influence of music activities on the levels of social acceptance of students who see normal development learning in the same educational environment along with students. The research work group in Ankara province in a primary school affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. Students are presented to normal development in the classroom. There are two classes that have been selected by the student in the study. The study has been developed by Siperstein (1980) and translated by Civelek (1990) into Turkish for normal development students in the form of the social acceptance scale in the form of the pre-test-sontest application. The study found that the music activities applied in both classes with a student of coaching have increased the level of social acceptance in a positive direction.
The cognitive, physical, or affective differences that individuals have are accepted in the social environment they live in is an important issue for both the personal development of the individual and the development of the society. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of music activities on social acceptance levels of normal developing students who study in the same educational environment with the inclusive students. The study group consists of 4th grade students with normal development in an elementary school affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Ankara. Two classes with inclusive students has been selected for the research. The Social Acceptance Scale, which was developed by Siperstein (1980) and translated into Turkish by Civelek (1990), was used as a pre-test & post-test application in the research. As a result of the study, it is seen that both classes includes students who have special needs music activities increase the social acceptance level in a positive way.
