Bir Edebi Şahsiyet Olarak Enis Batur konulu araştırmanın amacı, 1980 sonrası Türk edebiyatının önemli şahsiyetlerinden biri olmasına rağmen şiirleri üzerine kapsamlı bir çalışma bulunmayan Enis Batur’u ve ilk şiir kitabı olan Tuğraları inceleyerek şiir anlayışı ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Enis Batur’un şiir anlayışı II. Yeni anlayışı gibi anlaşılmaktan ziyade gizi esas alan bir anlayışla ortaya kor. Onun için esas olan söyleyeceğini doğrudan söyleme değil de simyacı gibi kapalı bir dil ortaya koyarak okuyucunun belli bir zahmet çektikten sonra onu anlayabileceği bir anlayışla ortaya konur. Şiirin devrimciliği üzerinde duran şair, Tuğralar1 adlı şiir kitabında hiçbir görüşün savunuculuğunu yapmaz. Şiir ile musiki arasında paralellik olduğunu belirtir. Geleneksel olan şeylere karşı olan şair, şiirde bulunan her türlü sınırlamalara karşıdır. Bu yüzden şiirde hece ölçüsünü ve şiirin tamamında kafiye ile redifi kullanmaz. Birinci bölümde; şairin hayatı ve genel şahsiyeti üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde; Batur’un şiir anlayışı bağlamında şiirden ne anladığı ifade edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; eser tahlil edilmek suretiyle içerik ve biçim yönüyle şiir tekniği tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Dördüncü bölüm ise sonuç kısmıyla bitirilmiştir.
The purpose of the research on Enis Batur as a literary personality, though it was one of the important characters of Turkish literature after 1980, was to try to reveal the poem understanding by studying Enis Batur and the first poem book, which has not had a comprehensive study of his poems. The Poetry of Enis Batur. Instead of being understood as a new understanding, show up with a gizi-based understanding. It is not to say what it is essential for him directly, but to show up a closed language like a chemist, it is presented with an understanding that the reader can understand it after having suffered a certain problem. The poet, who stands on the revolution of the poet, does not advocate any opinion in the poem book "Tugralar". There is a parallel between poetry and music. The poet, who is opposed to the things that are traditional, is opposed to all kinds of restrictions in the poem. Therefore, it does not use the size of the poem in the poem and the whole poem with a redirect. The first chapter focuses on the poet’s life and general personality. In the second part, it is expressed what Batur understood from the poem in the context of the poem. In the third chapter, the work was tested and the technique of poetry was identified in terms of content and form. The fourth part has been completed with the result.

The poet, who focuses on the revolutionism of poetry, does not advocate any view in his poetry book “Tugralar”. He states that there is parallelism between poetry and Turkish Art Music. The poet who is against the traditional things is against all kinds of limitations in the poem. Therefore, neither does he use the measure of syllable in poetry, nor rhyme and repeated voice in the most part of poetry. In the first chapter; the life and general personality of the poet are focused. In the second chapter; It is stated that Batur understands poetry in the context of it. In the third chapter; poetry technique has been tried to be determined in terms of content and form by analyzing the book. The fourth chapter is concluded with the conclusion part.
