Stalin’in 1953 yılında ölümüyle başlayan süreç tüm Doğu Avrupa ülkelerini etkilediği gibi, Polonya’yı da etkilemiştir. Özellikle XX. Büyük Kongre ile başlayan bu dönemde, destalinazyon başlamış ve yayılım göndermiştir. Sosyalizmde yeni arayış biçimleri olarak değerlendirilen bu evre, sosyalizmde farklı ve çeşitli yolların varlığının kabul edilmesidir. Stalin’in ölümünün ilk önemli etkisi Polonya’da hissedilmiştir. Bu nedenle, çalışmada Polonya merkezli bir çerçeve çizilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, Stalin’den sonra sosyalizme ulaşmada bu anlayış ve arayış biçimlerinin Türk kamuoyuna nasıl yansıdığını değerlendirmektir. Ayrıca Polonya’da ulusal bir kahramana haline gelen Wladyslaw Gomulka ve siyasetinin etkisi yine Türk basınından yola çıkılarak yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma esnasında, özellikle Türk Tarih Kurumu’nda ki süreli yayınlar seksiyonundan ve Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Başbakanlık Cumhuriyet Arşivi’nde konu ile ilgili belgelerden faydalanılmıştır.
The process which began with Stalin’s death in 1953 affected Poland as well as other parts of Eastern Europe. Destalinization started and spread in the period which began with the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union in particular. This phase is regarded as a search for new forms of socialism, involves the acceptance of different and various ways in socialism. The first important impact of Stalin’s death was felt in Poland. For this reason, the study attempts to draw a picture based on Poland. The study aims to evaluate the ways in which this understanding and search for new ways to achieve socialism after Stalin is reflected in the Turkish public opinion. Drawing on the Turkish Press and narratives of the era, the study alos attempts to reflect the impact of Wladyslaw Gomulka, who became a national hero in Poland, and his policies in Turkey. To this end the study utilizes the periodical literature section of the Turkish Historical Society and documents on the subject found in the National Archive of the Prime Ministry of the Republic Of Turkey.
