Abstract:

20th century was a period in which the artists revived novel subjects in accordance with the development and changes in science and thought world. At the beginning of 1990's, artistic questioning gained speed under the name of "Modern Art". Numerous of issues that haven't been the subject of art was came up and works done for it. Movement (Kinetics) was one of those issues. Initially, Kinetics was an issue of Painting Art; especially in the Cubism and Futurism movements and then it also became an issue of Sculpture Art too. Been taking out from the pictural frame, it became the subject of Sculpture Art as a kinetic object itself and was used commonly with The Constructivism movement. In addition to sculptures that gained movement with the participitation of audience, sculptures that move by air movement and engine power is also produced. The works that create impression of movement with some visual games are also involved in Kinetical Art Movement. In all those development process, this research that engaged in for examining the beginning of kineticism concept in sculpture art is consist of descriptive datas. Research subject consists of the scanning of the related art publications.
