Araştırmanın amacı, algılanan hizmetkâr liderlik davranışlarının şirket çalışanlarının tükenmişlik düzeyine etkisini belirlemektir. Çalışmada enerji sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletme çalışanlarına toplamda 250 anket dağıtılmış ve anketlerden 170 geçerli anket geri dönüşü elde edilmiştir. Veriler SPSS 22.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizi sonucunda, algılanan hizmetkâr liderlik davranışları ile çalışanın tükenmişlik davranışları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, hizmetkâr liderliğin alt bileşenlerinden güçlendirme, tevazu, sorumlu yöneticilik davranışlarının çalışanların tükenmişlik davranışlarını olumlu yönde etkilediği, cesaret, geride durma ve hesap verebilirliğinin ise, tükenmişliğin alt bileşenlerinden olan duygusal tükenme, duyarsızlaşma ve kişisel başarı hissi üzerinde olumlu bir etkiye sahip olduğu saptanmıştır.
The purpose of the study is to decide the effects of perceived servant leadership behaviors on the level of exhaustion of workers. Within the scope of the study, 250 questionnaires distributed to a firm operating in energy sector and 170 of them turned back. SPSS 22.0 software is used to analyze the data. According to the results of analysis, a significant relationship between perceived servant leadership behaviors and the level of exhaustion of workers. In this context, the subcomponents of servant leadership such as empowerment, modesty and responsible management behaviors have positive impacts on the level of exhaustion of workers.
