Abstract:

Kadınları toplumsal hayatta güçlendirmek özellikle de istihdamda kadın erkek eşitliğinin sağlanması adına ülkeler ve kurumlar toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliğine dair hedefler koymaktadır. Türkiye’de de çeşitli kurumlar gerek kamu ve özel kurumlarda gerekse toplumsal hayatta cinsler arasındaki eşitliğin sağlanabilmesi yolunda hedefler koymakta, yapılar geliştirmekte, özellikle kadınların istihdam edilmesi ve işgücüne katılımlarının arttırılması için politikalar yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışma Türkiye’deki emek piyasasının cinsiyetli yapısından yola çıkarak kadın emeğinin görünüm biçimlerini tartışacak, politika yapıcılara yönelik çeşitli öneriler getirmeye çalışacaktır.

Abstract:

States and institutions set ageandas about gender equality inorder to achieve men and women equality in employment and empower women in social life. In Turkey various institutions and public and private organizations set goals and engender structures to ensure gender equality in social life and make policiesparticularly for employment of women and their participation ot work force. Starting from the gendered structure of the labour market in Turkey, this study will discuss the features of women labour and attempts to bring in policy suggestions for policy makers
