Makalede, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi çerçevesinde sektörlerde yapılan iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının çalışanların iş tatminleri üzerinde etkisinin bulunup bulunmadığı araştırılmıştır. Makalede, toplam kalite ve toplam kalite yönetimi kavramları, kalitenin tanımları, kalite anlayışının tarihsel gelişimi, toplam kalite yönetimi kavramları, önemi ve oluşum süreci, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları konusu incelenmiştir. Tarihsel gelişimi ve tanımlamalarının yanında iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının önemi, amacı, kullanım alanları, yararları, değerlendirmede karşılaşılan güçlükler ve yöntemlerinden bahsedilmiştir.Çalışmaya iş tatmini konusuyla devam etmiş ve iş tatmini üzerine nelerin etkili olduğundan kısaca bahsedilmiştir.İş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının iş tatmini üzerindeki etkilerinin neler olduğu teorik olarak anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.Araştırmada iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının iş tatmini üzerindeki etkilerine yönelik bir işletmede yapılan araştırmaya yer verilmiştir.

Abstract In the article, Total Quality Management job satisfaction of the work done in the sectors of health and safety practices have been investigated in the context of whether there is an effect on. In this article, total quality and total quality management concepts, definitions of quality, the historical development of quality, total quality management concepts, importance and development process, occupational health and safety practices has been examined. Besides the historical development and the importance of identifyingoccupational health and safety practices, purposes, uses, benefits, challenges and methods that are mentioned in the evaluation encountered. Work has continued with the issue of job satisfaction and job satisfaction on what has been briefly discussed is effective. Occupational health and their impact on job satisfaction and security applications will be studied theoretically what is happening. Occupational health and safety practices in the business of research have been given satisfaction survey for impact on a business.
