Abstract:

Birleştirilmiş sınıflar, birden fazla sınıfın bir arada okutulduğu bir uygulamayı ifade etmektedir. Bu uygulama, müfredat yoğunluğu, zaman yetersizliği, olumsuz çevre şartları gibi sınırlılıkları ile anılsa da pek çok avantaja da sahiptir. Bugüne kadar birleştirilmiş sınıfların eğitim sorunlarını ortaya koyan pek çok çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Oysa birleştirilmiş sınıflarda eğitim kalitesini artıracak fikirleri araştırmak ve gerçekleştirilen iyi örnek uygulamaları ortaya koymak da bir o kadar önemlidir. Bu araştırma, birleştirilmiş sınıflarda gerçekleştirilen iyi örnek uygulamaları birleştirilmiş sınıf öğretmenlerinin görüşleri ile ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemine göre yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu Erzurum ili ve ilçelerindeki birleştirilmiş sınıflı okullarda görev yapan 15 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formları kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, nitel araştırmada kullanılan içerik analizi tekniğiyle analiz edilerek sunulmuştur.

Good Example Implementations In Multigrade Classrooms

Multigrade classrooms means an implementation in which more than one classrooms are educated together in one classroom. This implementation has many advantaged even though it is remembered with its limitations such as intensive curriculum, lack of time, negative environmental conditions. Until today, several studies have been carried out to reveal the educational problems of multigrade classrooms. However, it is also important to investigate the ideas which can increase the quality of the education and to reveal the conducted good example implementations in multigrade classrooms. This study aims to reveal the good example implementations conducted in multigrade classrooms with the views of the multigrade classroom teachers. The study has been carried out according to qualitative research model. The sample of the study consists of 15 classroom teachers working in the schools including multigrade classrooms in Erzurum and its provinces. Semi-structured interview form has been used as data collection tool in the study. The obtained data has been presented after being analyzed with content analysis technique that is used in qualitative research.
