Öğrenci sıraları hemen herkesin yaşamında yer almış ve zaman zaman okulla eş anlamlı olarak kullanılmış bir olgudur. Okulla ilgili anılar anlatılırken “okul sıralarındayken…” diye söze başlanır. Yaşamımızın önemli bir bölümünde yer alan öğrenci sıraları ile ilgili tarihsel gelişmeler birçok kişinin ilgisini çekebilir. Bu çalışmada öğrenci sıralarının Osmanlı dönemi ile Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarındaki standartları hakkında bilgi verilerek günümüzle karşılaştırılacaktır.
Student desks have been involved in almost everyone's life and it is a phenomenon which is sometimes used as a synonym school. While talking about the memories as to school people start to talk ‘while in school desks’. Historical developments related to the student desks may be of interest to many people as an important part of our lives. This study will compare our day with the past by giving information about the standards of the students’ desks in the Ottoman period along with in the first years of the republic.
